African Safari Blend

Bistro Blend

An intricate, Italian roasted blend of beans from Ethiopia, Java, Colombia and Costa Rica.  Very full bodied taste with a deep, slightly smoky aroma.  Wild and wonderful.

Black Gold

A complex blend of Sumatra Mandheling, Tanzanian Peaberry, Colombian and Costa Rican at a full city roast.  Developed exclusively for espresso.  Lighter roast allows for flavor profiles to flourish.

Breakfast Brew

Celebes Kalossi

An exceptionally good coffee, full body and smooth, syrupy, spicy flavor with hints of oak.

Colombian Supremo

Among the varying grades of Colombian coffees, this is the top grade bean, roasted to a meticulous result. This bold coffee has a balanced taste on your palate. This is the "regular" coffee and you love it because it's anything but "regular". You enjoy coffee everyday, at all times of day. You know this coffee will never let you down. Now, you can never go back to "regular" coffee!

Costa Rican Tarrazu

Known for its mild, clean, tangy, refreshing flavor, the hard bean Tarrazu is a consistently fresh coffee.  This variety has medium body and a distinctive snap of acidity.

Dark Colombian Supremo

All the finest characteristics of Colombian Supremo combined with the deep, smoky flavor and aroma of French Roast giving a full bodied, snappy taste.

Ethiopian Yiracheffe

From the birthplace of coffee - rare, but worth the search.  Defined by a wild, sharp tanginess and thick bodies liquor.

Ethiopian Harrar

Defined by a wildly sharp tanginess and a thick bodied liquor.

Euro Dark Blend

Using the finest Nicaraguan beans, we blend our hearty French Roast with our delicately smooth, yet robust, Italian Roast to create a wonderfully strong and smooth cup with full body and medium acidity.

European Blend

Central American and Pacific Basin beans roasted to a Vienna Roast giving a complex, full bodied taste with a hint of smoke.

French Roast

Blackened, oily beans with a deep, smoky flavor and smooth finish on the palette.  Our darkest roast, yet never scorched!  Mildly acidic and smooth while sharply aromatic.

Guatemalan Antigua

Smoother than the Costa Rican, medium bodied, consistent coffee, smoky aroma and aftertaste.

Hawaiian Kauai

Kona's superior Kauai coffee has a fuller body with more pronounced floral accents.  Scarce and unique.

Hawaiian Kona

Light to medium body, distinctly acidic with a crisp taste.  The only US grown Arabica coffee.

Indian Mysore

A large bean, full body and mild.  Fruity/nutty flavor makes this an exotic coffee choice.

Italian Espresso

Ebony colored oily beans with sharp flavors of dark roasted nuts, a tangy acidity and medium body.  Makes a great sharp espresso.

Italian Roast

Considered a dark roast, it has a pleasant intensity and sharpness with strong flavor that finishes quite smooth.

Jamaican Blue Mountain  

Jamaican Blue Mountain is certainly one of the most rare and cherished coffees in the world. The silky and elegant encounter with the palate makes for an experience people truly recognize as something well beyond ordinarily great coffee. Certified Wallingford Estate coffee, where the bean is personally selected by our Roastmaster, produces the raw (green) bean with the absolute highest grade and consistency of any "Finca" in Jamaica. As with all the coffees, starting with the best bean in the world is only part of the result. Carefully handcrafted in the Old Northern German method of roasting, the utmost in each of the beans character elements are developed to an extraordinary result. Similar to heavy bodied Kona.  This is the Jamaican of all Jamaican's, with light floral notes, elegant silky experience and a consistent, clean taste, lingering on the palate long after the cup has been set down. Nothing compares. Nothing comes close.

Java Estate

We select the finest coffees of this Indonesian isle.  These beans possess a nippy, sweet taste with nut and herb overtones in the aroma.  A medium body and acidity makes this a very well rounded coffee.

Kaldi Blend

A lightly roasted blend.  Light in acidity, but rich in flavor.

Kenya AA

Possibly the world's finest.  Full body and sharp acidity with the winey flavor of black currants.

Kona Blend

The mild acidity and fresh nutty taste of the Kona, combined with the rich, full bodied taste of Colombian beans blended in.

Latte Blend

Dark roasted Indonesian & Central American coffees create heavy body with intense, smoky flavor.  Excellent for brewing or making espresso.

Metro Blend

This rich new blend combines the subtle elegance of Hawaiian Kauai with it's clean, mild flavors, bold, full bodied Colombian and rich, winey Sumatra Mandheling for a truly unique taste profile.

Mexican Altura Pluma

Medium bodied.  Low in acidity.  Leaves a pleasant finish or lingering taste on the tongue.  Prone to frost damage and inconsisent.

Mocha Java

The unique rich, creamy taste of Ethiopian Mocha combined with the slight fruitiness and sweet taste of beans from the island of Java give this world famous blend it's special appeal.

Neapolitan

For all you dark coffee lovers.  Neapolitan Blend is made of dark, heavy Italian style roast from a combination of Brazilian Santos and a rich African bean.

Nicaraguan Matagalpa

Hand selected, 100% Bourbon, 100% sun dried, very large beans grown 4500 feet above sea level.  Rich body with chocolate and spice overtones as well as bright impression on the palette.

Northern Minnesota Blendä

You like to hear the cricket at night. Nothing smells better than the crisp morning air with the birds chirping, and there is no sound other than wind and nature. The leaves are turning color, the air crisp, and fresh. You've forgotten the stress of daily life. It is time to enjoy the outdoors, up north and breath easy, relax. Close your eyes, slowly smell the air. This exclusive blend created by founder Mark Hill, results in coffee that "takes you outdoors". A combination of dark and earthy coffee beans from Central America and Africa, makes for an experience that many say "tastes like being in the Boundary Waters". Thus the name, Northern Minnesota Blend. This coffee has a bold character and is not harsh. It is great anytime, and is especially good as an after-dinner coffee.

Pacific Espresso Blend

A Seattle-type espresso blend with a heavy body and strong, smooth aftertaste.  For the espresso connoisseur!

Panama Bouquete

Sweet, fruity taste upfront with an earthy undertone.  Low in acidity but full bodied.  Mellow chocolate aftertaste and aroma with less acidity than Costa Rican yet with more body.

Papua New Guinea

The highest grade from the finest region in New Guinea.  Full body and sweet, fruity sharpness.  One of the world's best.

Parisian Blend

A complex blend of African and Indonesian coffees.  Roasted to traditional European darkness.  Bold, rich and sharp flavor.

Roaster's Select

A complex blend with a well balanced taste given the after-roast blending of medium and dark roasted beans.  Slight smoky sharpness for the "Perfect Cup".

7 Bean Blend

Seven of the world's finest coffees from Africa, Central & South America, Indonesia, Asia and the Islands are used to create a truly unique, intense coffee.  Full body and aroma with a distinct flavor.

Sumatra Mandheling

This naturally processed Indonesian coffee carries a heavy, syrupy body along with very little acidity.  It has a creamy or winey smooth taste with a deep aroma.

Tanzanian Peaberry

Grown at the base of Kilimanjaro, this coffee produces a single, round bean per cherry.  Heavy body with subtle flavors of wine and ripe fruit.

Velvet Hammer Blend

Intense in every category.  Colombian, Guatemalan and Sumatra provide the body and sharp acidity enveloped in a smoky flavored Italian Roast.  The coffee lovers coffee.

Vienna Roast

Medium bodied with just a hint of dark roast flavor.

Zambian Terranova

This African coffee possesses a full body, medium acidity and is roasted at medium to a Vienna Roast to produce an intense aroma and creamy smooth flavor.  Slightly nutty and winey.

Zimbabwe

Similar to Kenyan coffee, yet with less winey taste and a fuller body.  Very special.

 

DECAF

You no longer have to compromise between your enjoyment of good coffee and your need to avoid caffeine. The water process methods of decaffeination preserve the maximum in character in the bean, much of which is lost in other decaffeination methods. With the elements in the bean intact, while have the most complete decaffeination and done so without chemicals, our roasting process brings you a decaf that is hard to tell from regular. If you enjoy coffee and have to watch your caffeine, you no longer have to penalize yourself.

Natural Flavors

Flavorings are produced from all natural flavor syrups mixed in the beans while still warm from roasting. The result is a flavor that is full, while balancing with the full experience of the coffee bean itself.

African Cinnamon

This flavor will be sure to help you wake up in the morning.  A full bodied, wonderfully mild and balanced blend of Central & South American coffees combined with African Cinnamon gourmet flavoring oils.  Excellent with toast & jam in the morning.

Almond Amaretto

This classic flavored coffee begins with an exceptionally mild and balanced blend of Central & South American beans combined with mild cherry flavoring and the rich flavor of toasted almonds.  Full flavor, aroma, medium body and acidity.

Almond Joy

This fine tasting brew combines beans from Central & South America with the rich taste of gourmet chocolate and coconut flavoring oils to produce a special treat.

Amaretto

This classic flavored coffee begins with an exceptionally mild and balanced blend of Central & South American beans combined with mild cherry flavoring oils.  Excellent dessert coffee with full flavor and aroma, medium body and acidity.

Apple Cinnamon

Apple Cinnamon Strudel

Blueberry Cinnamon Swirl

Jamaican Me Crazy

Maui Mike's Blendä

Forget tropical breezes, it's a gale! The surf is pounding and the palm trees are swaying. Soon, you are overcome by a tsunami of intense flavor and aroma. Your entire "beach" of life is awash in the chaos, and after the storm, the beauty of the islands remains on your palate for a long time to come. A dark, smoky roast with intense tropical flavors, this blend was created by accident for "Maui Mike" Anderson, Annick's COO, by Annick's Founder Mark Hill, when "Maui Mike" was in Hawaii for a couple of years on business. To date, no one has guessed exactly what's in it, and this blend remains our most popular, intriguing, and mysterious blend to date. Take me back to the Islands! You gotta have a cup of "Maui Mike".

Merlot

Strange, but true.  Merlot flavored coffee.  Savor the flavor of red wine grapes over fine Central American coffee.  The only buzz you'll get is from the caffeine.

Mocha Raspberry Almond

Silky smooth milk chocolate paired with the distinct flavor of roasted almonds and the taste of ripe raspberries give this medium roasted blend of Central & South American beans.  A full bodied, pleasing taste and aroma.

Peaches & Cream

Mimics the Old South with a delightful replication of Georgia peaches blended with sweet cream.  Sip this with your favorite shortbread and savor the aroma.  Medium body and a smooth finish.

Pecan Supreme

A blend of Central & South American beans coated with the delicious flavor of buttery, toasted Southern pecans with just a hint of  creamy caramel, leaving a delightful after taste.

Pralines & Cream

Premium House Vanilla

A specially blended selection of beans roasted both at medium and Vienna roast specifications creating the base for this flavorful cup.  We then add "double" vanilla flavoring for a vanilla lover's treat.

Pumpkin Spice

A blend of Central & South American beans with the rich taste of pumpkin flavoring, with dashes of cinnamon and nutmeg, thus replicating this holiday classic.

Red, White & Blue

America...... We salute you with red raspberries, white chocolate and scrumptious blueberries.  This is a sweet, fruity concoction which is exceptionally smooth with a medium body.  Extraordinary rich aftertaste and aroma.

Snoodle-Doodle

This is another in a most fine line of all natural flavored coffees. This delightful marriage of Swiss chocolate, coconut, cinnamon, and hazelnut is swirled over the finest medium bodied Central American base coffees. Snoodle-Doodle makes an excellent statement after a fine meal, and generates wonderful warmth and conversation when entertaining guests. It's excellent to sneak yourself a treat of this auspicious cup, once in awhile, too - just for you! Have it anytime and you'll always think you're "getting away" with something.

Spiced Butter Rum
